ABOUT RED RIVER PDP & ID2 PROGRAM

Red River NPL will host PDP events throughout the calendar year.  There will generally be one event in Fall and additional events in Spring.

The purpose of these events is multi-fold:
    
     A. Elite player identification by Red River Scouts and US National Scouts (ID2 program) 

     B.  Socialization and experience by participating in new environments with new coaches & players. 

    C.  Training, learning, and development through sessions instructed by top by lead coaches of NPL. 

    D.  Regional advancement to intra-state competition or College ID Combines. 

    E.  National advancement opportunities during 13U &14U ID2 U.S. national team evaluations and US Club ID2 National team opportunities. 

Cost of participation: FREE (at local level)      
** Advancement Stages may incur additional fees (this past year the PDP College ID Camp, sponsored by OPC, cost was $20/player) 

What is the ID2 Program?  Program that targets selection process to the 14U National Team. Each year the 13U and 14U age divisions will be eligible for selection.  Read more here

What is the Red River PDP Program? Program that umbrellas the identification and selection process of the elite players of the Red River NPL.  It will involve some cross-state training and player combines with an objective of identifying top players and providing vertical advancement opportunities for these players.
